2024
Music that I made along with another musician friend for a Nissin's Cup Noodles advert. The ad required us to make music using everyday materials (organic foley)
that matched the rhythm of a certain music they had as a prerequisite.
The process was overall enjoyable and something different compared to what I normally make.
SOUND DESIGN PROJECTS

After only scoring music I decided to try sound design as well, and as intimidating as it seemed, I learned a lot and the result was so much better than I expected, although working on this had me spending a LOT of time as the sounds were built from scratch.

2) ManvsMachine's campaign for the Mustang GTD - Sound Re - design .
This was another personal sound design project that I worked on after finishing the Mclaren project. I picked a video that I really liked from ManvsMachine 's work and decided to sound design the whole thing from scratch. Sonically (kind of) had the same approach as the previous one but more cuts and crispier sounds.

A series of ongoing projects wherein I pick a scene from a film I like or have watched in the past for which I write an original score from scratch using resources at my disposal.
The project mostly starts with me muting the whole scene from start to end. However, a few scenes don't have music to even begin with, making my process easier. I normally go into these projects with a preconceived idea as to how I want it to sound and the emotion it has to convey to the listener.
Music in film is as important to me as dialogues are. Nothing breathes life into picture better than a few notes put together. These projects are influenced by a plethora of artists I listen and look up to. The goal here is to get better at analyzing film/visuals and accordingly craft a fitting audio experience, through continuous iterations and practice.
UI SOUNDS FOR SWIFT RIDE

A collection of interface sounds I made for - a commuting app for college students.
The objective was to create a variety of sounds for a set of functionalities in the app while maintaining a minimalistic approach. For me, it was to design sounds that were reaffirming and memorable to the user ie. "sounds that have a ring to it".
Inspirations were drawn from Gpay and Apple's UI.

The sample used here is from a 60s bollywood song called "Hansta Hua Noorani Chehra".
